We need to create a site theme with master page to mimic the look and feel of the attach screen mock-up. This is for a prototype that we need to develop. We are really pressed on time and would like to get this in before 02/19/2009. Prior experience in developing MOSS based themes/master pages highly desired. Since this is a prototype, the compensation is not attractive, but in future we will have several projects similar to this and then we will pay $1000.00 for each template. But for this prototype our budget is really short (<$300.00). So, two requirements, a) you should be able and willing to deliver before 02/19/2009 b) Should be willing to get this with in our budgets.

Having said that, we will be interested in building a long term partnership with someone who is skilled and has the right attitude to deliver these designs.
