I am having a magento style website designed.  The sight is about 40% complete but my developer is slowing things down thus I'm looking for a little help on the graphics side.  I'm looking for someone to help complete the graphics and look so we can get the sight up and running as soon as possible.

I am looking for someone with Magento Graphics Experience with examples.  I will chose 3 designers that show me examples of their work and an estimate for the job.  I will pay $35 for to the three designers that I choose to produce a sample front page to show their creativity and style. I will then choose one developer to finish the job and will agree to a contract price with possible future work needed as sight grows.
