I would like to opportunity to be a reseller/broker (Company A) of an offer of a company’s assets (Company 😎 which is basically access to a rolodex of past performance, financials, introduction to stakeholders, and assumption of ongoing contracts of Company B.



As far as a process, I (Company A) am providing a value added services for selling the assets. The end buyer of the assets (Company C) would buy them from our company paper (Company A), and then that would trigger Company A into buying of the assets from Company B.
