We're ready to develop a PHP based UI that clients can use to configure our Flash based mapping system.  The map accepts an XML file that defines all the customizable options, and the UI will provide a means to create those settings.  The programmer will not be responsible for the actual design of the UI, but should be able to create a functional wireframe based on the provided mock up.  Settings should be saved to a database while a user edits, and then published to our Amazon S3 service once they are ready.

We will need to also allow for the ability to make this part of a larger, as yet to be developed client system.  So elements that are relevant to a given map (client name, marker locations and definitions, asset files, etc) will need to be able to be brought in dynamically.

Functional requirements:
- Usage of the PHP S3 class for interaction with an S3 bucket (each client has a folder inside the bucket)
- Ability to manage media uploads (view, delete, upload, overwrite files in the S3 bucket folder)
- Preview data should be able to be saved without going to the live map.
- Live data will be written to a static file in the S3 bucket
- The interface itself should largely be 508 compliant
- Generate a YouTube or Flickr like embed code
- Will include the ability to set global map variables (graphics, text, etc) as well as granular ones (marker settings, media control, starting position, etc)

A demo of the map itself can be provided, as well as a sample configuration file.
