I took a chance on this company as they are new to oDesk and am happy that I did. 

The job was completed to my satisfaction and the qulity of the work was very good. The people I worked with or spoke to were conscientious and professional.

The job went on longer than originally planned but that was because the scope of it increased after they got into it. 

I definitely look forward to working with them again.

Modify the top of our web site banners to reflect a different message depending on the time of day. If the banners display during the hours when the business is open, it should display the message "Call us right now". If the business is closed, it should display "Phone orders: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday PST". 

This should display according to 7:30-4:30 PST, NOT the server's local time.
We have 19 web sites on servers in different time zones, so this is important.

This banner is located inside of an shtml file, and it may or may not be able to run php inside of it. It would either work to be able to manipulate the htaccess settings to allow that or have it run from javasctipt. Either is fine as long as it works consistenly across all the web sites and it loads quickly.

The banner will need to be sliced and assembled with the this new section to look like one banner.

I want to move away from tables, so I want the sections to fit together via CSS.
