Dynamic Music Website Startup is looking for a team of developers with experience with Cloudbased Environments as well as mobile app creation for Windows Mobile, Palm, and Iphone.

This is the starting phase of a larger project and will be used to assess the skills and abilities of chosen company to create the entire project.

1st Phase:
Map based event search calendar.
Performance will need to be similar to redfin.com website and iphone app.
Database backend will need to be "global cluster/cloud" scalable as well as leverage CDN for media attachments "pictures,mp3 files"
Need user login creation linked to openid systems and utilizing capcha.
Mobile applications need to utilize GPS to look up events.

Please include cloud experience and mobile app experience with proposals. Also include recommened cloud hosting providers and CDNs and your reasons for using them. Detail how we will be communicating with your team as well as hours of operations. Detail version control that your team uses and how you control milestone deadlines as well as collaboration tools you use to communicate to your customers. List your preferred programming languages/database backends for the cloud based applications you have programmed and why you prefer these.

This will be a part of a long project lifecycle so any of these details that are not listed will immediately disqualify you from the project.
