This project is to build a small VB.NET application that can interface with Asterisk through AMI and dial a number which is sent to the phone / sip client of the person dialling.

The application needs to work as follows:

- User puts in a phone number in the application window and clicks a Dial button.
- The user's phone rings and when they pick up the call is connected
