I am editing this job description because I found the mistake I was making when adding FTP users.

The person who submits clear and easy to follow instructions at the lowest price will win the bid. If you can answer the question below for me with easy to understand instructions, please submit along with your best price.

I need instructions to give new programmers access to just 1 database instead of giving them access to my entire site. I know how to add new users and how to add them to database but new programmers do not know how to get to or access the database. I have tried several methods to link them to my PHPAdmin page but everytime it asks for my CPanel password and I do not want to give this to new programmers.... See attached.

FYI - I am using hostgator.com as a host. CPanel Accelerated. PHPMyAdmin 2.11.9.4 and MySQL5
