Master’s preferred. 90% English: written and spoken  GENDER: EitherACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS: ·         Experience in massive international or global software development preferably with important transnational companies or consulting firms. ·         Minimum of 5 years experience as an ORACLE DBA·         Oracle Optimization ·         Command of ERWIN·         Experience in ORACLE Reports·         Minimum of 3 years experience in software development·         Minimum of 4 years experience in requirement documentation and analysis. ·         UML processes and applications indispenable·         Experience in project development, follow-up and implementation ·         Experience in Components·         JAVA Experience·         Experience in JSWING, JSP, JAVABEANS, SERVELETS, XML and EJB·         Experience and command of CMM, RUM and UML methodologies ·         Software development using standards and paradigms ·         Experience in design and command of ORACLE database relations·         Experience in thread development (Multi-threads)·         Knowledge of programming via SOCKETS·         Experience in LINUX, MAC and WINDOWS operating systems·         Knowledge of WEB SERVICES·         Capable of executing and developing two or more projects simultaneously ·         ENGLISH 90% spoken & written
