I am currently looking for some one to help get our os commerce site life and to continue to modify the site in the future:The person should be an expert at OScommerce.They should be reliable.They should be a good communicator and have a strong command of the English Language.Must be willing to use alternative forms like of communication like Skype and video skypeTheir code should follow standards and all new code should have good comments describing needed information.Should be willing to use bugzilla including cutting and pasting code and comments into fixes.Must be able to assist with installing and configuring the site using plesk control panel.Once making the A list, be willing to recieve requirements, view site and give a free written estimate broken down into pieces of work.I am partial to a truly independent individual looking to be paid a fair price for the work and who would like to have a long term client. I am not partial to some of these big firms in the third world who just nod their heads but don't listen , communicate or do what they say they will do.
