I need an Oscommerce techie to fix my shopping cart problem at marketerscenter.com/shop/

I am using the Quantity Discount module found here: http://www.thatsoftwareguy.com/osc_quantity_discounts.html

For some reason when the discount is applied the new total is not sent to paypal - the customers are not receiving the true discounted total in paypal. Instead they receive the old total without a discount when there should be one.

This issue can be reproduced by going to my shop and trying to purchase anything over $100. You will see the total with the discount at my shop but when you go to paypal to pay it shows the old total without the discount.
 
Other than fixing this problem I would also like to see if you can shorten the checkout process.

If you can make the checkout skip the "Delivery Information" page (all products I sell are digital, shipping info not needed) then I would also be grateful for your work.
