 We need a clone of http://mobango.com/  

 The users must be able to upload and share images, ringtones and videos compatible with various mobile handsets.  

 This must be writen using smarty templates. It must be all css layout no tables and very clean COMMENTED code.  

 About ringtones:  
 User should have an ability to upload ringtone/wallpaper/video.  
 User will have ability to download ringtone/wallpaper/video. 

 All basic functionality of mobango.com must be delivered in working demo version within a 4 week period.  

 In case of sucess the development/support contract is a possibility.
