I am after someone to help me maintain my PHP websites. The software you will be working with are

- Joomla
- OSCommerce
- PHPLists
- Openads

Experience with these are helpful but not necessary as if you are a skilled PHP programmer you will pick them up quickly.

I need someone that can adapt and learn quickly. Also communication is the most important thing for me so you must be able to commit regular time and concentration on working for me.

I am only willing to pay less around $4 per hour initially for the first month until you can prove yourself to me. Once you do this pay rate can increase quickly. 

I am looking for someone long term but if you are not 100% honest and reliable I will have no hesitation in ending the work.
