I am working on many websites and am needing an expert PHP coder to work with part-time for the long term. 

My expectations are as follows: 

1.) Must have PHP & Joomla! odesk test scores available to view.
2.) Hourly work, meaning NO time estimates, you are paid for a FULL hour(s) of actual work dedicated to my project.  Please be a hard worker ready to work for the full hour.  
3.) Excellent communication skills.  Constant updates & an email at the end of each work day with a description of what was accomplished during your working period. 
4.) If you do not know how to do a certain task please let me know, I would rather you admit to a certain lack of knowledge on a particular piece than create errors or bad coding.

If we can build a strong relationship from the start and you are a hard worker, then we will continue a long term working relationship.  If you are an awesome worker, you have the possibility of working for me full time in the future.
