I need a developer to write PHP for Facebook applications.  I expect to have a steady stream of work, and would like a really top developer who is reliable.  If you are doing oDesk on the side from your normal job, please do not apply.  I also prefer working with independent entrepreneurs, so if you are a project manager for a third party, only apply if you have a really TOP developer available.  I have had a lot of problems with people selling me one person and then having another person do the work, so I expect that your developers will have a webcam hooked up so that I can verify that I am working with the correct person.  The developer that I choose must also have English skills that are good enough to communicate on chat without the developer having to run through a translation program for each line of text.  I have this requirement for the developer, I do not want to have to communicate through a project manager.
