I need someone who can:
  • turn a database into a full website
  • scrape sites for database content
  • knows how to rewrite/markov content
  • create an interlinking scheme
  • knows basic SEO
  • can create content
  • can work as a link builder (manual, whitehat)
If you meet these, I am looking to hire someone ASAP.

You should be able to take a database I give you *(large DBs with up to 100k records) and turn this into a site that is cached. Each of these sites must have a link distribution system in it.
