I'm looking for an experience PHP programmer with experience is parsing web pages and scraping to pull information and process. 

It is really important that the programmer have excellent English skills, and can think out of the box and help develop a solution to a problem. 

Client has a distributor that does not have a web service or XML feed for their products, but they have all their products on their website. We need to build a web scraping application that will search/index their site and process the product skus. We have a database on our site MySQL with all the products. Problem is this keeps getting out of date. There is no way to update other than manually. 


So we need to scrape the wholesalers site and find new products that are not on retailers site.
Immediate job is to identify the new skus and store them somewhere.  I'll have a data entry person work through these to add them to the site, manually. The next step would be to scrape more data, format correctly and store directly to the product database.

I'm looking for a programmer that can not only do the job, but can propose a viable solution.
