We are looking to have an easy to use CMS to upload and manage advertising with in our site (www.evidente.com) 
We are looking for a complete solution to manage content provided from the creative agencies (advertisers) that will ultimately look like the display in Pandora.com every time there is a new click within the site. 

Must provide a default for users who have lower than Flash 8. 

Adds will be user-initiated upon CLICK; STOP button required 
40K initial load, 200K allowed after user initiation 


We require the PSD Template to facilitate the work for advertisers (http://pandoraadops.drivehq.com/Pandora-Templates/) 

For those really interested we will provide the code to enter the site.
