I’m looking for a virtual assistant for approximately 10 to 20 hours per week to start, with the potential for full time (40 hours per week) within 3 to 6 months. You will be doing miscellaneous virtual tasks. The majority of your work will be assisting me in putting together a virtual technical team. You will assist me in writing new job openings for oDesk, screening potential candidate for me to interview, online research, data entry, and many other traditional tasks of Virtual Assistants. I am looking for someone who has very good English communication skills both written and spoken. A clear, easy-to-understand telephone voice is preferred. My communication and assignment of tasks and projects will be via email and voicemail messages, possibly Skype. I prefer somebody who works or would be willing to work between the hours of 5 to 9 pm Philippine time But I’m flexible on the hours for the right person, provided that assigned tasks can still be completed in a timely manner. Required Skills: Strong English writing skills, grammar, and composition. Experience doing research online.Preferred skills (I have some flexibility on this for the right person): some knowledge of web development, blogging, joomla, php (minimal), social bookmarking, Web 2.0 sites (Facebook, Myspace, Friendster, etc.). These skills are helpful in understanding skill sets of candidates for my virtual technical team.
