I am looking for a partner who is experienced, educated and passionate about internet development and marketing disciplines and would share in the profits and contribute in the inception on a freelance basis. The initial compensation is 20% of all profits. The business model will be to provide free information and services through a comprehensive portal “jaydipmukerji.com” The revenue stream will arise from advertisement. Everyone will be paid initially on a profit sharing basis and followed by a competitive salary once the business is established.
The following are the skills sets required:
Highly motivated and self-driven personality.
Programming languages: PHP, ASP, Perl, CGI, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML
Database: MY SQL, SQL Server, MS Access
OS: Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional / XP, Linux Server
experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Coding, testing in PHP 5, cakePhp, Joomla, JavaScript , HTML , Google Map API , XML, AJAX using Databases MySQL 5.0 under Windows , Linux Environment . Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
I would like to start as small as possible and build from a position of strength and carefully expand financially and in terms of IT infrastructure. The initial focus of the business will be the following:
