I found the provider to be very pleasant to work with however I was not satisfied with their work. They kept working on the project even though I changed some of the parameters. It's too bad that they couldn't produce the results that I was looking for. Therefore I'm paying them 80% of what I agreed to pay + 80% of the additional amount they requested for the changes.

Hi,

I have a layout for web application in Photoshop. I need this to be converted to a CSS/web page. Here are some requirements:

- The CSS must be compatible with the following browsers:
     Internet Explorer 6
    Internet Explorer 7
    FireFox 2 or better
    Safari
    Opera
    Chrome
- This CSS will be used in an ASP.NET application that uses master pages. You MUST be experienced with implementing CSS in master pages in ASP.NET

Final delivery will be a CSS file and an ASP.NET page with a master page.

I will provide a screen shot of what the layout looks like to those whom I will interview. Please place your bids. Thank you.
