You must have Google Talk to do this as you will be required to chat during work hours and that's the only program I use.

I am looking for a part-time personal assistant. We run a real estate related business so knowledge of real estate is a plus, but is NOT required.

What is required is excellent English.

You will be doing a wide variety of web based administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

- Reviewing real estate deals that are submitted to us, making minor corrections to errors, then publishing them to our blogs.
- I may give you access to my web based e-mail account to assist me with answering basic e-mails and starring the ones that I need to address.
- Might need ocassional help with adding articles to my blogs.
- I might need help having you research real estate deals via the web and do some light data entry.

You will be my third administrative assistant. I have two others currently doing work and handling specific parts of my business. One of them is being promoted to more complicated tasks and you will be taking over part of what she was doing before she was promoted.
