We are small company based in London, UK. We bay and sell second hand cars.
We are looking for an online assistant to post classified ads and help with other online tasks related to buy and sell cars online. You must have experience in posting ads on Craigslist and classifieds and posses references. You must also be a computer literate.
Would be an advantage to have experience in bay and sell cars.
We need someone who is consistent and reliable to most Monday-Friday, approximately 150 - 400 posts or more per week. You will be creating advertisements about sell and buy second hand cars. You must create advert text using SEO technique.
YOU MUST HAVE PVA numbers. I do not want to supply these, so you must have all that you need and the EXPERIENCE needed to post.

This position begins as soon as the selected candidates can be trained to our satisfaction.

• I need to be able to reach you via phone, Skype, continuously throughout the day at various time intervals.
• You need to be experienced in all areas of Craigslist and other classified ads posting and how they operate so you can overcome any obstacles that may arise.
• Ideally, I would like to get to the point of posting 200 to 300 ads a day,
• If you do not know the ins and outs of Craigslist --- PLEASE do not apply!
WHAT WE EXPECT
Ads must stay up for at least 24 hours…(No ghosting, flags, blocks, etc)
Ads are to be posted in a particular London region in a particular “Car for sale” category.
Ads must follow our specifications and must conform to legal parameters.
Ads must be posted 4 hour per day, 5 days a week.
•Postings will be done in GMT + 0 (Greenwich Mean Time) London
Time Zone.
•1st Posting will begin at approximately 8:00am to 12pm, GMT + 0.
•The ads must be posted in the for sale section for multiple cities.
We will only provide the titles and bodies for the ads for the beginning. You must be able to write new text on your own. You must take care of the emails as well.
•You must provide daily report with links to every ad so that I can check for ghosting/deleting before being paid.

TASKS TO BE PERFORMED
• Post advert about buy and sell car on classified website
• Reply emails
• Evaluate vehicles prices
• Book appointment by phone and email with potential buyer and sellers
• Upload our vehicles description and photos on our website
PAYMENT AND COMMISSIONS
• If you’re hourly rate is more than $2.20/hr please do not apply. On the top of the salary there will be an addition bonus for good performance.
• Salary + Bonus for top performance, after 50 days.
• For the successful candidate, there will be a pay rise after complete 3 months of experience.
• Commission paid monthly through Odesk on Paid new accounts.
• We pay Monthly directly to your account.
• Posting will take approximately 4 hours of work daily. This will increase as we see positive results.
