I am an entrepreneur looking for personal IT help. Here are the key problems I am trying to solve:
- shared calendar (need assistant and wife to be able to view and modify calendar)
- sync calendar with mobile device and Mac computer automatically
- select correct mobile device (currently have Treo 700p)
- automated backup solutions
- easily view and respond to email while on the go
- other IT needs as they arise

I do not want to spend a lot of time researching the best solution, I want someone who either knows the technology, or knows how to do the research and come up with the best solution.

When applying for this job, please tell me what your recommended solution for maintaining a shared calendar is, given the above constraints. Winner will get to implement, along with other ongoing tasks.

Some of this job will require making phone calls to numbers in the US, so I don't care where you are, but you must have good enough English to make the calls.
