We have data from multiple vendors which I am bringing in to SQL to export in a more standard format.  I am also scraping a site to check pricing and it will be exported in XML.  So the vendor data as well as the pricing data can be in xml.  I would like to have the XML “displayed” on a page (like a spreadsheet) that would contain the following data:

SKU, Manufacturer, Name, UPC, Vendor, Condition, Availability, Cost, Price, Qty, Profit, Profit %, Vendor1Price, Vendor1Condition, Vendor2Price, Vendor2Condition, Vendor3Price, Vendor3Condition, Vendor4Price, Vendor4Condition

Profit and Profit % will have to be calculated, I’m not certain just yet how many Vendors Pricing and condition I need to see but four should be enough.  Other data for the most part will be available, some fields may be left empty due to incomplete data such as UPC.

Also Vendor#Price and Vendor#Condition, should be replaced by the actual vendors name from whom we are pulling the price.

Qty and Price should be able to be modified, I would also like some visual cues for pricing when our price is lowest, matching lowest, or higher than the lowest compared to displayed vendors.  Like Green when we’re the lowest, yellow when matching, red when higher.

I would also like check boxes or some way to select parts to export as well as a quick way to select all.  This way we can export this list into CSV, Tab Txt, XML, or (if not a big deal) XLS.  Being able to modify data and select parts to export will enable us to manage pricing and inventory for the various channels in a much more efficient way.

We should be able to sort on every field and authentication will be necessary.  We should also be able to limit who can see which fields as well as possibly display different costs or pricing based on the user logged in (although displaying different costs and pricing isn’t a necessity if it complicates things too much)

I currently have some vendor data in SQL 2005 and vendor pricing data in XML, our web server is Apache with mySQL.  I could bring the pricing data into SQL as well and see if I could get everything into one table if that will make things easier.  

I need to get this project done as soon as possible so please let me know when you could start, how much it will cost, and how long you expect the project to take to complete.
