I have a myspace friend adding website up and running:

you can log in with any myspace friend ID to check it out e.g 460977359

Users can click on the thumbnails of other users and add them as friends, scoring points, the more points they have the higher their profile on the site and the higher chance they have of being added. 

The second site I have is a viral marketing site/randomizer:

New members need to pay 4 members up the referal line before paying the admin fee and creating a new account. 

They then get a replicated page to refer other members with their ad in the #1. When their referals join their ad &  payment button is in position 2 on their referals page and so on. 

What I want to do is make a page in the adder site where members can join a 'train'

To buy a place on the train they need to add  + pay 4 members then the admin fee. 

Once they've paid the admin fee, they need to choose a password, the username is the same as their myspace ID, and get an email, anytime they visit that page on the site there should be a form to log in to the members area where they can get promotional tools. 

If any of their referals to adderboy.com decide to join any time, they need to pay that member in position #1. 

If any of their referals to adderboy.com remain free members and refer others to adderboy who join the 'train' , they need to still find the member in #1. So the person in the #1 position is the next person up the referal line who paid. 

They don't need to submit ads like alertpayrandomizer.net. 

Instead, their thumbnail appears and they have to add that user before they can pay them. 

I already have the adder site running, and I have the script for the randomizer, so I should be a fairly straightforward job for someone who knows what they're doing.

I can add the details later, I just want the basic function detailed above.
