We are seeking an exceptionally well-organized person who is also a strong communicator and good with people to help our growing travel company as a project manager.

This person will tackle a wide variety of tacks related to project management, and also managing a team of designers, developers, and assistants. In addition, the project manager is responsible for organizing and improving the way our virtual team collaborates on specific tasks and projects.   

Here is a list of required skills:
  • Manage and lead a team of multiple providers around the world
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Native English skills (fluent), can understand very difficult concepts quickly over the phone
  • Track milestones, tasks, top 5's
  • Organize and improve processes, systems and collaboration methods
  • Research and write reports
  • Create and maintain a list of bugs for our web site, do some quality assurance testing
  • Create well-designed experiments for testing various hypotheses about customers, markets, products and pricing
 
The following are required tools for this job:
  • Access to high-speed, reliable internet 24/7
  • USB Headset or webcam/mic to enable collaboration using Skype
  • Access to a computer quiet place to work
