I am looking for someone to create a MS Word version of a an Interior "Property Inspection Sheet" and an Exterior "Property Inspection Sheet" forms that we own the copyright on that I can include in courses and on our website to be used by our real estate investor clients. It must be designed by you, but I will provide you with an example of each created by another company as a PDF. You should plan on cleaning up the form and using my themed template for MS Word which I've included.The title of our form must be "Property Inspection Checklist - Interior" and "Property Inspection Checklist - Exterior" (without the quotes).Attached is the template of another form to show you the "style" of the forms that we have. Please match to that.We have budgeted $10 for each form ($20 total). Don't bother bidding if its over that. Expect to have at least one round of revisions for clean up included in your bid.
