I'd like to rearchitect www.animalsong.org, changing it from a static to a dynamic site, but I just don't have time. I'm looking at saving the songs and stories to a database, getting rid of the frames (if possible, feasible) and possibly introducing a search feature. Your input is welcomed.

I want this running under a JSP / servlet container like Tomcat and using Grails. This project is for a proposal only, not the actual work. I'm looking to get a feel for your skill set for ongoing collaboration for other bigger projects. I'd like as detailed as a proposal as you'd like, indicating:

- how you would rearchitect this site
- why you feel you are qualified for this
- how much time you think you'd take
- how you'd implement the search feature
