Looking for a person with experience in setting up Drupal  websites and also excellent design skills. The project is divided into three phases and I want a price quote for each of the phases. The website is for business professionals looking for information aboutMBA's. So the demographics of the website: 24-36 year old , middle class type of people. The website has therefore has to be trustworthy and reliable, yet at the same time also engaging and interesting.

Phase I - Design
I need a custom design for the website. 'The Analytic' theme can be chosen as a starting point (http://sidashin.ru/analytic/). Loose the column on the left (make it a 2column layout), move the log-in boxes to the right. The main menu on the top has to have 2 levels. Make the website narrower. 

The rest of the design is up to you. The general guideline are the following: the style has to be minimalistic and detailed. Great example of what I like is (http://www.bnet.com/). Design elements using small shadows on white background, engaging icons (do not design them yourself,istock .com is OK as well) and great choice of colors. Please send me RELEVANT examples from your portfolio that fit the style, also feel free to showcase in addition to your designs other websites likebnet.com. I want to be sure that we are on the same page and understand each other. 


Phase II - Set-up
Then the design has to be set up using Drupal. CSS. No errors! Google Analytics will have to be installed as well.

Phase III - Functionality

Here is the following list of functionalities I want for the website. If you need to code something yourself, then let me know, but as far as I know all of this should beavailable from Drupal already.
