Dear designers and programmers,
i am looking for a social engine expert who can install social engine 3.18 with plugins like video feed,blogs,forum,Question and answers and more.
After installing all required plugins i need you to integrate a mp3 playlist script so members can make
their own playlist in their profile.
The redesign needs to be a combination of Bebo and Skyrock.
The first thing i need you to do is research both sites and research the social engine script.
It uses tpl files so its easy to edit.
The most important thing is to optimize the site for caching and scalability.
