Project Description

Research the costs of several methods of home construction.
Research San Diego Ca. building codes and enter links to ones that apply to the project
Enter links in exel spread sheet.
Research the cost of lumber, wiring, roofing, insulation, paint, concrete etc. Your  suggestions on other items  that should be considered in construction process will be welcome.  
Find & suggest the best prices for the required products that you can find on line. All information is available on line. It requires someone who can research such places as Home Depot, Lowes, Craig's List etc.
You will enter the information should be entered in an excel spread sheet.

Please include the following in your application:
A paragraph about yourself 
Any experience you may have which sounds similar to the job description
How soon you can begin
This is a rush job. How many hours would you be able to devote to this project after starting? 

Bid above or below stated budget but no up front payments please. You will be paid in full upon successful completion of the project.
