I would like to warn you not to use Nano Web Tech. I am very willing to help anyone before making their decision and would take my time to discuss this over skype or email with you, as well as send you screenshots of their work to prove my point: kimi(at)sokalo.co.uk
Unfortunately this project ended with a dispute. I have spent $1000 so far. They had NOT UPLOADED ANY OF THEIR WORK because they said they had technical difficulties and in the end THREATENED not to upload any work that had been done. They were not even willing to upload the work for $1000 which was 20% of their work.
I would recommend anyone working with them to be careful with them for the following reasons:
0) At the point of the deadline they even themselves openly said to have done only 60% of the work (they had actually completed less tasks than 60%).
1) ask for work to be uploaded on your SQL server.
2) they do not listen to feedback even when given clear instructions (I can give you a ton of examples and am willing to give this to anyone considering using this provider).
3) They claim to finish work which clearly has not been finished and just tick it off as completed.
4) Even though 70 hours were allocated to design, they clearly have no feeling for design or aesthetics. Their claim on this point was that they are missing some design pages. However even with design templates the results are appalling. I can send you examples of the results I got.
5) On a more personal note when discussing the issues of how much of the work had been completed, I was faced with an unprofessional reply: Technology Guru 09:08 You are so beautyful. 09:09 Are you a Model?
