I'm currently designing a new website. Copy is being drafted but to ensure that the site is actually top of the list for search engines. I have drafted the structure of each page and now need someone to:
1. Conduct Keyword Analysis: comprehensive research in order to identify keywords and phrases that are actually being used by your target market to source your products and services to ensure:
a. Appropriateness and relevance; it is important that the keyphrases targeted are appropriate and relevant to the website of the our business and its services
b. Frequency; You should identify those keywords which have a level of search frequency
c. Value; identifying the most valuable keywords through keyword research for a our website and industry
d. Competitiveness; competitiveness for our target keywords and key phrases.

All keywords must be checked with the flowing database

2. Website Optimization and Content Editing - go through each page and conduct a full review of existing website code, Title, Meta tags and structure to ensure that search engines can successfully index, and list the website pages. This includes: Applying the proposed website structure in terms of links and dynamics for better search indexing. Creating meta tags in tune with the prepared keyword list (Title, keywords, Description), after identifying the pages and their target keywords.
HTML Code optimizing and adding headings, image alt tags and hyperlinks.
HTML Code Clean up and optimization
Editing and copy writing the content to make on page relevancy in terms of targeted theme
3. Recommendation on content/text Optimisation: the provision of recommended guidelines for ensuring that our copywriter develop search engine friendly copy
4. Put keywords in a 3 stage plan of what keywords the target in the first 6 months and then 12 months and 18 months



Content is still being written but you will be provided with the theme analysis and webpage structure. You will also be provided with a comprehensive online and offline analysis of our competitors sites plus background to our industry.
This is an easy project for someone who has a good grasp on keyword research.

You must have the following qualities:

1. A very high standard of written and spoken English;
2. Proven SEO experience
3. Be able to Interpret large volumes Information from multiple sources, filter this information and summarise it into a clear and concise format.
4. Work efficiently with fast turnaround time expected.
5. Eye for detail especially written detail.
