We are already very successful in creating websites which perform well in search engines. 

Our clients love our work, and keep coming back. We are now looking to expand the range of skills we can offer them by adding SEO/SEM/Social Media/Email Marketing experts to our team.

The scope of this posting is quite varied, so we are happy to look at hiring more than one individual if you have particular strengths in certain areas rather than others.

The right people will be able to help us to cost-effectively create and maintain SEO, Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Marketing campaigns for our clients. 

You should have a proven track record, be competent, reliable and very good at what you do. 

You will be aware of all the latest trends in your area of expertise, and able to advise effectively on them.

The posts are offered on an ongoing, adhoc basis with variable hours, provided that you generate quantifiable results. 

We are keen to make this part of the business a success, so there is the potential for hours to increase. Ideally, much of what we do could be worked out on a flat-rate per package basis, but this is not essential. Bonuses will be given where your work has produced outstanding results.

SEO/SEM/PPC

We have already created some Adwords packages to offer clients, but would welcome input on how best to offer SEO/SEM packages to existing and potential clients.

You will be experienced in creating and managing PPC campaigns from scratch on Google Adwords, and able to make assessments and recommendations for marketing strategies and tactics. Experience in other ad networks would be an advantage.

You will have expertise a wide range of areas including:

• campaign uploads
• bid management
• keyword research
• landing page analysis and recommendations
• ad copy creation in Google 
• bid tool management

Social Media

We want to integrate social media, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, etc much more into our projects.  You will be experienced in creating and maintaining social networking accounts, and writing creative, compelling content and articles for them. 

Email Marketing

We have been running successful email marketing campaigns for a few years, but we would like to add an experienced email marketer to our team. Ideally, you will be familiar with Interspire’s Email Marketer.

All projects will be co-ordinated via Basecamp, email and Skype. You would liaise with us, while we would deal directly with clients. Excellent English speaking and writing skills are essential. 

Please provide examples of recent successes that you played a key role in creating. At the top of your application, please state clearly the particular areas of the post that you are of offering your skills for.
