I need a small team to help us build a cms system. we need to begin on this starting tomorrow and end on the 1st. It is a lot of work and we need very fast turn around time on coding.

This project will require weekend work starting this weekend and long work days. you will work with us over msn chat.

I can give more background on the project as well as the scope when we see if you and your team is a good fit.

The content management system will be made up of content items, channels, modules. The front end is html and js and css. no .net here. the backend and server side items will all be .net c# (vs2008). The goal here is to have the front end light and fast.

The system design is pretty much done, the db has alreayd been started. the DAL has been started with a tool called LLBLGEN. We want you and your team to take over the entire project and get it in production very fast. We dont have a formal requirement set, the project is far to short for this. So we will somewhat agree and checkin on requirements in real time.

This project is very doable but does need some hard fast work.

The front end of the sites will have several themese, which we will have the templates coded in xhtml for you so there is no design here for you. Just coding and integrating themes and templates into the system

-How many people in your team?
-When can you begin?
-How many hours can you and your team work per day? (roughly)
-Can you work this weekend and next weekend?
-Can you use our source code tool which integrates with vs2008?
-What internet connection do you have? is it reliable?
-Can I have at least 2 contacts on your team that are actual coders? I dont need a pm here we are the pm's and we have senior dev on board to help if they get stuck
-Can you work with js tools like extjs and jquery for js front end things
-Have you any experience with content management systems?
-Do you know anything about output caching and other server side cache strategies to make the system scale and be fast?

the good news is I have a awesome budget for this so your hours are not a problem for us and we are even willing to bonus on project completion.

the porject is technically due on the 1st. we will review updates daily as we go, not just at the end of the day.

I will only accept a single team if you can prove to me that you are fast, understant content management systems, and can really be awesome to work with.
