I am in urgent help in building a cms

The cms should use a nice architecture that can seperate content from the templates. I will have content items (html documents) and modules. some of the modules will be predefined like ad block, or poll, and other modules wont be defined yet where by my other team can make some new module via ascx or other method and then associate it to a content page.

These items are pretty common in cms systems so if you are familiar with things like joomla,n2cms, dnn etc.. then you will understand the modular architecture as well as relating things to pages to make them appear.

I will have designs for the templates already. they will be coded into xhtml so you will have an easy time making this work as a managed template

My timeline is very short, some things pushed our dates on other things so i now need a small team or pro coder to work really hard on this.

I have a great budget for this and will want to work daily together to make updates, qa and a lot of realtime development. Dont plan on a long requirements document, we dont have time for that. I will work side by side with you on ui and flow type things so you can code quickly on the core.

you will need to be good with ajax and javascript. many times we will use extjs and jquery for things so keep the pages light and fast.

on the front end i care a lot about clean markup, seo, page load speed so i dont want tons of heavy controls. You should also be familiar with some server side caching so we dont hit sql all the time

Let me know what you can do, if you have done this before, if you have a team on this i will want a lot of visibility into tasks and updates etc..
