Our client is from states, veteran business analyst and an enterpreneaur. He seeks few engineering resources to work with him as a partners.

He is searching for;

A senior engineer (lead engineer)

- 5 years plus software development experience (with PHP, MySQL, Linux, Smarty and Apache)
- Systems design skills (should know how to come up with OO designs)
- Should be able to programs in such a way that, modifications to the existing features won't take much time or won't affect the work flows
- Should have good db design skills and system level load balancing skills
- Dealt with Zend or similar frame works
- Having a full time job, solid income and having 3 hrs per day to power up another company

A web designer

- Should be able to design skins for content management engines like Drupal, Joomla, Mambo, Wordpress, Blogger
- Creative in design
- Out of the box thinker
- Does know how to create templates to work on multiple browsers
- Should know how to come up with SEO friendly UIs
- Having a full time job, solid income and having 3 hrs per day to power up another company

Ideally selected candidates will work as consultant and get a reasonable shares from few startups. He is willing to share the profits after the product launches. If you are the right candidate, he will sponsor you to relocate to US, Canada or Sydney and will appoint you guys as the technical director/creative director with a 4000 US$ plus base salary per months after a year or so.
