We are building an innovative niche job site with is focused on the overseas job market. Our site is specifically designed for the defense contracting industry. Our industry has a very specific set of problems which I feel our application solve. Our application is what would be considered a hybrid application that combines jobs, business level social networking and a specific focus on overseas jobs.
SKILLS we looking for:
We are looking for senior java developers with end to end experiences. We use Struts 2.0 and Spring 2.5 as our main architecture components, Must have least 1 year of designing and coding API based web services and strong OO design code practices. This is a hands on coding role for skilled developers with experience
Skill set:
• 1 to 3 years for Struts 2 Must Have
• 1 to 3 years of Spring 2.0 Must Have
• 3 to 5 years of JSP Must Have
• 3 to 5 MySQL 5.0 database Design and SQL
• 1 to 3 years of ORM tools (Cayenne nice to have)
• 1 to 3 years of API based web services (Consuming XML based API)
• 1 year of Google checkout API
• 1 year of Paypay checkout API
Additional skill sets:
• Dojo toolkit.
• JQuery toolkit
• HTML/CSS
• AJAX
• Google AJAX appliances

What is the difference between Struts 1 and Struts 2 and when would you use Struts 2?
