Rails Developer

In need a rails developer for an application that is in need of being upgraded to rails 2.0.2  I also need this application setup on a vps slice.  

The rails application is a contact management application and is in need of some code maintenance (fixing bugs) - mainly pertaining to email.  

The application, as it stands now, allows you to send an email to a contact within the app and it will attach the email to the correct contact.  If the contact is not within the applicatin, the email will setup a contact for the person.  The application is also suppossed to email each morning at 6am a list of tasks due for that day and it does not do so consistently.

These are the things I'll request to be fixed, as well as general bug fixing and bringing the code up to rails 2.0.2 specs.
Must have 1 year experience with Ruby on Rails
Must be able to understand code and get up to speed quickly
Must be comfortable with linux, MySQL, Nginx, Mongrel and or Apache
