The buyer had contacted us for migrating his product to Amazon EC2 (AWS) environment. He stated the precise requirement, asked for consultation spend time to research and give suggestions. Once the requirements were clear and all points were covered we went ahead implementing the solution. He was open to understanding task difficulties and give directions accordingly. The buyer is comfortable to work with and professional in his dealings. We look forward to work for him in future too.

At this point I require set up of a server environment on S3/EC2 enabling distribution through cloudfront, with following:
 
Red hat operating system

2.        PHP 5 or greater

3.        Mysql 5.2 or greater

4.        c panel / webmin (or possible another open source cp)
 FFmpeg installed 

5.        Sub domain enabled

Initial work is for setting up server on aws.

If you can perform the above and or are a true expert in the other skills mentioned there could be other work, I need a person that can solve problems, is innovative, produces solid code, can follow logic and produce from a users point of view.

Please provide hours estimate for for server set up.
