We require one simple ASP C#.NET page to save the imput of a text area to either .txt or .rtf files. Requirements as follows:

1. Page to have our logo in the top left corner and to be presented using the stylesheet used on our homepage http://www.neotechnology.com.au
2. User to have the option to save either a plain text file or a rich text file. Plain text should be the default.
3. Large text Area to be presented with rich text editor (such as tinymce or the like) either enabled or disabled depending on the selection of the user in the point above.
4. Title area to be provided, simple text up to 25 characters.
5. Submit Button Provided. Pressing submit should save the contents of the text area as a plain text file (.txt) or rich text file (.rtf) depending on selection of user in points above. Files should be named with the date and time first in YYYYMMDDHHMMSS format followed by ' - ' and the title provided. If the title is left blank the first 25 characters of the text area should be used (removing any formatting markup). Example title is:"20090603092533 - this is an example file.rtf'. File should be saved to a configurable location (in a config.xml file please).
6. All formatting should be retained in the save process for both rtf and txt file types. For example, if someone were to paste well formatted code into the text area, a well formatted .txt file should result (tab stops, indenting etc).
7. Rich text editor should only be loaded when user selects rich text from selection above (i.e. don't want to wait for it if we are not using it).
8. Rich text editor must accept pasting of rich text from word and html pages.

We expect that the candidate thoroughly tests their application and fixes any bugs we or they find as part of the cost.
