I was very disappointed with the quality of work as well as the speed.

The simpliest of tasks had to be requested over and over until finally I had to give up and end the assignment

I need 115 pages of content placed into a template page.

Attached is the template and the content that should be placed inside the page. You can see how the text inside the page should be placed into the template.

There are also 4 more items to be placed in the page that are not in the attached sample:

1 - google search box code for upper right search box
2 - Newsletter sign up code from aweber autoresponder
3 - banner code
4 - Quick calculator code

You will need to upload all pages to my server. Also, I need one more version of these pages with Google Adsense code placed on them. 

After this I will have more pages for you to do. I am ALWAYS in need of someone to do simply HTML work for me. Give me a good price here and get it done quickly and I will be sending you more work.
