Poonam did not do the job. He was hired to upgrade a forum and implement Google Search. Poonam did not complete either assignment after two weeks, and revealed that he was unable to complete the tasks without assistance. Poonam later revealed that he knew he was unable to work with the source code from the first day he looked at it. But he accepted the job and demanded a downpayment anyway. Poonam caused us to fall far behind schedule. When I decided I would end the assignent it was because Poonam seemed to be causing more harm than good; bugs began to appear on the site. I requested he send whatever code he had been working on via email, and I would have a different provider implement what he could not. He professed that if he could not do the job, no provider could, but said he would send the code anyway. Three days have passed and he has not emailed the code. I would not work with Poonam again.
