   Looking for a technical writer who can help a team of individuals gather fragmented ideas together into a formal software project design document.  This person will help interview a group of content experts and will be responsible for gathering ideas and documents related to the project.  This person will be responsible for researching and clarifying the team’s project needs.   The deliverable will be a well-designed, well-written software functional specification for the entire project.

 Must Have:
 -2 examples of Technical Writing.
-Excellent English language speaking ability for eliciting and articulating customer requirements.
 -Ability to set up telephone interviews with individuals between 7am - 5pm eastern standard time.
 -Strong understanding of current Web 2.0 technologies including Ajax, client-server, an web design

Preferred:
-1 year as a technical writer.

Technical skills needed: Visio, Word
