Writing a Squidoo.com Lens about all of the ways one can fail to qualify for a mortgage loan.

This should be a well researched, comprehensive list of the various ways one can fail to qualify for a  loan.

It should include a section of ways that you can fail to qualify and a section about ways you can mess up after you qualify (and lose the loan).

The lens should utilize many different types of Squidoo modules so that it is interesting and engaging.  It can include embedded video from youtube, surveys, voting, etc.
