Company Description:
We have a small office in NJ we have a total of 12 employees virtual customer service reps. 

Job description:
We are looking for a motivated, high-energy individual for a telephone customer service support position where you work from home. Must have a dedicated line for DSL or internet access, an updated computer. This job may vary at times based on the needs of clients and vary in its day-to-day functions, but has ample room for growth and increased responsibility.

Responsibilities include:
· Handle outbound calls to set-up appointments and follow-up support.
· Be responsible to keep track of all open tickets and manage them until closed.
· Support marketing efforts of the company and be able to communicate the customers online in chats rooms and forums settings.

Job Qualifications:
· Customer service oriented persona
· Good Organizational skills
· Strong background in MS Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro
· Excellent phone skills
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Desire to work for a small company
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· At least 2 years customer service experience
