We have two files that need to be integrated in flash and synced with one another. The first file (a FLV) is a talking spokeswoman that runs about 30 seconds long. The second file is an illustrator file that contains a diagram illustration of what the spokesperson is talking about.

We need someone to lay over the spokeswoman video on top of the diagram and make the diagram appear in sections as the woman is talking about it.

The final file should be in flash and optimized for the web. We will also require the flash FLA file upon completion.
