I need a part time sysadmin to help with a web app I am working on. You must be familiar with Amazon Web Services, PHP, the Zend framework, and speak Russian and English, but mostly Russian. The primary developer on this project is in Russia (GMT +3) and works mostly in the evening, so some ability to communicate with him at night will be important.
