I am looking for a technical virtual assistant to help with various web research projects related to software, sales and marketing, and ecommerce.  You must have excellent English communication skills, be available via Skype voice to discuss projects, and be available during US business hours.

This first project is to find a product or service that would allow us to have a web-based "vault" for storing client passwords that multiple users can access. Project is to spend an hour or two researching on the web to provide a list of 6 products/services and an assessment of how they address the following criteria: 

I am not looking for a password "manager" that automates entering passwords into login screens. I really just need low-cost, secure, password-protected online storage of one or multiple files.

1. Must be highly secure with password protection, https access, and data encryption. 
2. Provider must be trustworthy. What indications are there that the vendor can be trusted.
3. Must support an Admin user with authority to add/edit files or content and Normal users that can view the passwords.
4. How much does it cost?
5. Does it require installing any software?
6. What is the URL for the product or service?
